I was raised in Brimfield Ohio just outside of Akron. I attended Akron University. I first worked in the tire business with General Tire; my experience was in field engineering. I came to Parrish Tire in 1983. I currently have National and Local sales responsibility.
My free time is spent as a referee for high school and college soccer.
My wife Kim and I have two grown children, Mellissa and Erica. Both are recent graduates of UNC Wilimington.

My initiation in the tire business took place in Queretaro, Mexico; where after getting my degree in Public Relations and Business I was hired to handle the imports and purchasing of a Mexican tire company, then I moved to the USA and started working for Parrish Tire Company in 2002 doing export sales.
I must say that this business has given me the joy of meeting very interesting people but most importantly I have made great and truly good friends through the years.
What I love about my job is the opportunity and challenge of getting to understand the markets and ways of doing business in different countries and cultures.

Mi inicio en la industria del neumático, tiene lugar en Querétaro, México; cuando después de obtener mi título como Licenciada en Relaciones Públicas y Administración, fuí empleada para manejar las compras e importaciones de una compañía llantera mexicana; después emigré a Estados Unidos donde empecé a trabajar con Parrish Tire Company en el 2002 en el área de ventas de exportación.
Tengo que decir que este trabajo me ha dado la gran satisfacción de conocer gente muy interesante, pero lo más importante es que he cultivado grandes amistades a través de los años.
Lo que disfruto de mi trabajo, es la oportunidad y el reto de entender mercados y la manera de hacer negocios en otros países y culturas.

I am a novelty around here….I am a native North Carolinian, born and raised here. I attended the local schools and am a graduate of East Carolina University. I have worked for Parrish Tire since 1977, so you would think I should know what I am doing by now. I am single with one grown son who lives in Raleigh. John Patrick Foley, born in Illinois raised in Akron Ohio I am the 6th oldest and 5th youngest of a family of 10. I have been a part of the automobile and tire business for over 32 years. I spent 17 years as an auto mechanic and 6 years running retail stores before joining the big leagues with Parrish Tire 9 years ago. Having 3 beautiful daughters has taught me the meaning of work. Helping the two oldest get college degrees and the youngest get married has made all my hard work worth while. I am very competitive in all aspects of my life and I play a mean game of chess. My goals are simple: to some day hit the lottery.

I was born and have always lived here in the piedmont area of NC. I was raised working in the tire company my grandfather started, and my parents ran throughout the 80’s and 90’s. My excuse for being in the tire business is that I was born into it, I didn’t have much of a choice, it’s everyone else that has chosen this biz. I’ve been at Parrish Tire since January of 1997 and I enjoy my job very much. Outside of work I like to ride my Harley, play golf (which I rarely get to do), and do anything with the large group of very good friends that I am blessed to have. I’m single and enjoy the freedom that gives me to be able to do anything or go anywhere basically on the spur of the moment.

Eric offers over 30 years of experience in the tire industry. He has contributed to the success of Parrish Tire for more than 16 years, since his start with the company in 1989. Before joining Parrish Tire, Eric spent time with Firestone and Yokohama Tire. His expertise includes wholesale distribution, retail, and field sales as a manufacturer’s representative. He and his wife, Patti, have been married for 23 years. Eric has a daughter, Emily, and a son, Michael.

I started working in this wonderful tire business in 1978 with the Mohawk Tire Company (an industry giant). I spent 12 years learning and meeting people in this business. Landed an opportunity of a lifetime with Parrish Tire in 1989.
I have two children, a son Grey and daughter Katie. They are the apple of my eye. I’m proud to say I’m currently engaged to the love of my life Mary. She is a school teacher and also an Akron Ohio native.

Married to the lovely and gracious, Terrica since September 1995. We have 2 beautiful little girls, Sierra and Sydney.
I have been working at Parrish Tire since 1996 and I have enjoyed getting to know some really great people in this industry. Before joining Parrish Tire, I worked for 7 years in the Financial Services industry followed up by 5 years in the restaurant business, half of that time as a manager at a local bar and grill.
I graduated from UNC-Charlotte in 1987 after earning a degree in Business and Economics.

For the past 25 years of my life I have worked at Parrish Tire Company. Currently I am in charge of all the tire returns in addition to being a salesperson.
I graduated in 1973 from UNC Greensboro. My wife Judy and I have two daughters, Ashley a recent Grad of ASU and Allisson a junior at UNCG. My hobbies include hunting and fishing as well as making John Foley’s day miserable
